Error when loading shipping method with login customers

There is  a problem with login customers during checkout. The shipping method does not load with login users. Do you have any solution?

1. Edit file:

Bss\MultiStoreViewPricing\Model\Quote\Item\Collection.php

2. Comment line: $this->_quote->collectTotals();
