[v1.1.9] Import attribute does not receive the sort_order value

Issue: I'm using module version 1.1.9 on M2.3.3. When I add new attributes it shows up at the top of the general section even after I added sort order to 100

Solution:

The issue happens due to the module's bug.

Thus, to solve it, we have modified this file app/code/Bss/ProductAttributesImportExport/Model/Import/ProductAttributes.php
