How to show calendar icon of Delivery Date on theme Smartwave/porto?

We would like to show calendar icon of Delivery Date, at moment it shows "Undefined" instead. We use Smartwave/porto theme

If you are using Smartwave/porto, please find below solution for reference: Replace file: app/code/Bss/OrderDeliveryDate/view/frontend/web/css/deliverydate.css

by attached file "Deliverydate.css".
