How to show price with both included and excluded tax when using Pro Configurable Product Grid Table View?

Question:

I want to add columns to show both excluded tax and included tax(unit price and subtotal).

How to show both included and excluded price on the entire website ?

Because when I activate the plugin, price with both included and excluded tax are not still displayed on category pages?

Answer: 

As one of module's feature, price range (From - To) will be displayed on catalog page when module is enable, that could trigger hiding included and excluded tax price on your site. 

Hence, if you want to show these price, please refer this suggestion: delete this price range if it is unnecessary.

Edit file: app/design/frontend/base/default/layout/bss/configurablegridview.xml

Delete line 9 to 15.
