How to remove M2 Hide Price/Call for Price module

How do I remove module Hide Price/Call for Price for Magento 2?

Answer:

If you would like to remove Hide Price/Call for Price for Magento 2 module, please follow these below steps:

1. Go to Admin/Stores/Attributes/Attribute Set: move 3 assigning attributes: callforprice_text, callforprice_type, callforprice_customergroup to Unassigned attributes column (http://prntscr.com/fd97x2), then flush the cache.
   or
   Go to Admin/Stores/Attributes/Product: search and delete 3 attributes: callforprice_text, callforprice_type, callforprice_customergroup (http://prntscr.com/fd98de), then flush the cache.

2. Go to database (phpadmin or adminer ): search and remove 2 tables: bss_callforprice_request and bss_callforprice_form_fields

3. Remove folder App/Code/Bss/AdvancedHidePrice/

4. Use ssh to run again:
   php bin/magento setup:upgrade
   php bin/magento setup:static-content:deploy
