Please tell me are the comments visible in sent emails as well or only in the backend (admin and customer)?


About the visibility of the comment when submitting a request for quote, there are two kinds of comments when submitting a request for quote: Quote Summary and Comment per Quote Item; ONLY the Quote Summary is visible/added in the sent email.
