[M2.3.x] Cannot finish payment on the checkout page

Issue: I log in to the site M2.3.3 and add to the cart. However, I cannot finish payment on the checkout page.

Solution:

The issue is caused due to module Bss_CustomerAttributes edits the file vendor/magento/module-checkout/view/frontend/web/template/billing-address/details.html of Magento.

This file on M2.3.x does not have the function getCustomAttributeLabel so when checkout, the site dies on the payment step.

To solve this issue, please apply this file on the theme following this path 

app/design/frontend/[Vendor]/[Theme_name]/Bss_CustomerAttributes/web/template/billing-address/details.html

For example: Theme Mgs
