Email in quote was still displayed as old email even changing the new one

I am using v1.1.3 on M2.4.1. When I changed the email for the customer, the customer submitted the first quote, and the email in the quote was still displayed as the email before the change. When the customer submitted the second quote, it would be displayed as the email after the change.
This will cause the customer's new mailbox cannot receive the relevant mail, is this the bug of the extension?
We have checked and found that it is our module's bug.
