Issue:
We got a call from the client today, and customers can’t buy any configurable products anymore.
Now when we have looked at it. It’s because of the stock is 0. But this webshop is accepting backorders. And now the changes on this module have caused it not to be able to buy the products when the stock is 0.
Can your developer fix this issue for us? So the customers can purchase the configurable product again when the stock is 0.
We are using version 1.3.5 on M2.3.5.
Solution:
To solve the issue, please overwrite this file
app/code/Bss/Simpledetailconfigurable/Helper/ProductData.php
Please apply the change and flush the cache on the site.
