[v1.1.7] How to fix the issue cannot preview the popup?

Issue: 

We are using version 1.1.7 on M2.3.3.We could create a popup but cannot preview it.

Could you please check and solve it?

Solution: 

To solve the issue, please change this file app/code/Bss/Popup/Helper/Data.php

Please overwrite the file above or apply the hot-fix attached file below.
