How can we install extensions if there is no downloadable file in My Account?

Question: 

We've purchased modules on bsscommerce.com and would like to install them by file ZIP. However, we notice that there is no downloadable file in My Account. How can we install extensions?

We are sorry for your inconvenience. 


This is an error on our site and we are making effort to fix it. 


Besides installing extensions by downloading zip files from Downloadable Products, you can install via composer by sending us an email to sales@bsscommerce.com along with the order number. We will create access keys as per your requirement and then provide you with information about the packages.
