Could not find the download link after ordering product

We ordered and paid successfully for our order but we could not find the download link of the extension we purchased.

When checking "My Order" grid in our account in, we could see the order status is "Complete", but when we view in the Order detail, it shows Canceled: 1 in the Qty column.
