ISSUE:
We ordered and paid successfully for our order but we could not find the download link of the extension we purchased.
When checking "My Order" grid in our account in https://bsscommerce.com/, we could see the order status is "Complete", but when we view in the Order detail, it shows Canceled: 1 in the Qty column.
SOLUTION:
- We're sorry for the inconvenience caused, the issue is due to an error from our system.
