Could you please explain more about the Company admin and Sub-user?


ANSWER: 


First, I would like to give you a short information of the module M2 Company Account.

Basically, Magento 2 Company Account extension allows the admin to switch a normal account to a company account.
--> Then, the company admin - who first registered for the company account, can create and share access to the account for multiple users (sub-users) with different roles/permissions to help the company admin do his/her work like place order, request quote, etc.

 

For example, [email protected] is the company account --> this account added a sub-user named "Aiden test"

After adding, Aiden test will receive a password setting email to set the password.

 


After setting the password, Aiden test will be able to login on the Front-end with his own email and password that has just set.

HOWEVER, when logging in, the account logged will be the customer account [email protected] like this: https://prnt.sc/BOS6bQjDwsMx

 

Depending on the role granted, Aiden test will be able to view, action on the Front-end on behalf of the company admin [email protected]
