Does module make use of stockstatus for the trigger?

QUESTION:

Does your out-of-stock module make use of stockstatus for the trigger, or can is also be adjusted to use qty field in stead of in/out of stock status?

ANSWER:

Regarding your query, I would like to inform that the module will based on both stock status and Qty to send the notification.

With the stock status: If the Qty of product >0 but the stock status is Out of stock: https://prnt.sc/v5yF32PygMfA --> When turning to In Stock -> it will send notification to customer
With the Qty: If the Qty = 0, Stock status is Out of Stock --> When changing Qty > 0 and change stock status = In stock -> Send notification to customer.

Besides, there is a configuration called: Send Mail When Quantity: https://prnt.sc/ITTPTyIEsU2I which sends mail to customer if only quantity is more than this amount.
