Can I check how do I set a discount program for pre-order items? I would like to give 10% discount for pre-order items

To set discount for the pre-order item, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Allow pre-order attribute to be used in promo rules:

Go to: Store -> Attribute -> Product, search for "Preorder" attribute

At Storefront properties: Use for Promo Conditions Rule: YES - http://prntscr.com/l99m93

Step 2: Create a new catalog price rule - https://prnt.sc/l99ihy - https://prnt.sc/l99ifw

It's noted that this catalog price rule is only applied to products with Pre-order attribute set as YES - http://prntscr.com/l99n7g
