I bought your extension for Magento 1.x.x. However, recently, we have decided to start over with a Magento 2 setup.
Thus, I would like to know if there is a way to “upgrade” the existing license to the Magento 2 version of your module.
Answer:
Magento 1 and Magento 2 has different structure so our extension for Magento 1 is different from Magento 2's one.
Hence, we regret that we couldn't upgrade the license for you.
Could you please purchase our Magento 2 module version for your Magento 2 site?
