How to extend the limitation of character in the attribute code on M2.2.x?

QUESTION: 

I use Bss_DependentCustomOption v1.0.9 on our Magento 2.2.4. I created attributes code more than 30 characters but it doesn't work. 

Can you help me?

On Magento 2.2.x, the attributes code limits in 30 characters, however, on Magento 2.3.x, the attribute code's limitation is 60 characters.

In case you would like to extend the attribute code limitation, please edit the files as below:

+ app/code/Bss/DependentCustomOption/Block/Render/DependentControl.php

+ app/code/Bss/DependentCustomOption/Setup/Uninstall.php

+ app/code/Bss/DependentCustomOption/Setup/UpgradeData.php
