v1.2.1: How to fix error not showing shipping method on the email confirmation?

QUESTION:


Installing the module on our site M2.3.3, when our clients place an order, there is no shipping information show in the order confirmation email.

Please check and send us the fix.



ANSWER:



This error happened due to the fact that our module is not compatible with the email templates of M2.3.3.


To solve the issue, please upload the attached files below to override the current files on your site. 


+ app/code/Bss/PreOrderFix/etc/email_templates.xml


+ app/code/Bss/PreOrderFix/etc/module.xml


+ app/code/Bss/PreOrderFix/registration.php


+ app/code/Bss/PreOrderFix/view/frontend/email/bss_order_new_fixed.html


+ app/code/Bss/PreOrderFix/view/frontend/email/bss_order_new_guest_fixed.html
