After installing M2 extension, the Backend configuration page shows 404

Issue: 

After installing the extension on Production mode, the configuration page of the extension on the Backend shows 404 http://prntscr.com/mtbpsv

Solution:

You could refer some notes from us below:

1/ Please check if your site is on Production mode, after installing the extension, you should run di:compile , then flush cache to generate code and dependency injection configuration. 

2/ Or you could reset up extension: remove module version in setup_module table on database and rerun upgrade
