v1.1.2: The Subtotal include Tax config does not work properly

ISSUE:

We have installed the Free shipping bar module. On the cart page, the left value is showing with tax included. We want the left amount excluding tax. We have tried to change the Subtotal Include Tax setting in the admin but nothing changed.

SOLUTION:

There is a bug in our Free Shipping Bar module. The module is only working according to the default Display Subtotal config, but not the Subtotal Include Tax config => which made the left amount not display according to the Subtotal Include Tax config 

To temporarily resolve the issue, please edit the file: app/code/Bss/FreeShippingBar/Helper/FreeShippingBar.php as below:
